From the Southwest Florida International Airport
From the Parking Lot and Rental Car Facilities, take Terminal Access Road to stop light. Turn Right onto Treeline Avenue and follow to Daniels Parkway. Turn left onto Daniels Parkway and proceed to Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Turn left on to Six Mile Cypress and proceed to Gladiolus Drive. Six Mile Cypress turns into Gladiolus Drive after crossing US-41. Once on Gladiolus Drive prepare to get in the left hand lane and take the overpass ramp on to Summerlin Blvd. Continue on Summerlin Blvd to the San Carlos Parkway exit. Off ramp exit to left towards Fort Myers Beach. San Carlos will turn into Estero Blvd. 

From Miami
Distance: 155 miles
Take I-95 North to I-75 (Alligator Alley) North to Exit 131. Off Exit 131, turn left onto Daniel's Parkway. Continue on Daniel's Parkway, cross over US HWY 41 (Daniel's Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive once you have crossed over US HWY 41). Proceed on Cypress Lake Drive to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin Blvd. to the San Carlos Parkway exit. Off ramp exit to left towards Fort Myers Beach. San Carlos will turn into Estero Blvd. 

From Orlando
Distance: 171 miles
Take I-4 West to I-75 then South to Exit 131. Turn right off Exit 131 onto Daniel's Parkway. Continue on Daniel's Parkway, cross over US HWY 41 (Daniel's Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive once you have crossed over US HWY 41). Proceed on Cypress Lake Drive to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin Blvd. to the San Carlos Parkway exit. Off ramp exit to left towards Fort Myers Beach. San Carlos will turn into Estero Blvd.

Take I-75 South to Exit 131. Turn right off Exit 131 onto Daniel's Parkway. Take I-95 North to I-75 (Alligator Alley) North to Exit 116. Off Exit 116, turn left onto Bonita Beach Road. Continue on Bonita Beach Road, cross over US HWY 41. Proceed on Bonita Beach Road approximately 5 miles and you will go directly to the beaches.
