Captiva Shores offers 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominiums and 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhome style vacation rentals with direct bay front, partial bay and direct beach front views (across Captiva Drive). On-site amenities at Captiva Shores include a heated pool and boat dockage (for a fee). Captiva Shores consists of 2, 2 story condo style buildings and 6 duplex style townhome buildings for a total of only 21 units (one manager building near pool as well). Buildings 1 and 4 are townhome style buildings that are direct bay front. Building 5 is a two story condo style building that is direct bay front. Buildings 2 and 3 are located behind buildings 1, 4 and 5 and offer partial bay views. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are located closest to the beach and offer direct beach front views across Captiva Drive. In the condo buildings (5 and 6), units ending in A and B are located on the first level (one level off ground level) while units C and D are located on the second level. All other buildings are two story townhome style units. All Captiva Shores vacation rental townhomes are privately owned with available rental units professionally managed.
