Sandalfoot offers one bedroom/one bathroom and two bedroom/two bathroom, beach view and beach front condominiums. On-site amenities include: heated pool, tennis court, wireless internet, elevators, shuffleboard and gas bbq grills.

Sandalfoot consists of 5, 3 story buildings with buildings 1 and 5 beach front and buildings 2, 3 and 4 beach views around the pool area. Unit numbers ending in "1" are ground floor, unit numbers ending in "2" are located on the second floor (elevator serviced) and unit numbers ending in "3" are located on the top or third floor (elevator serviced). Unit letters with a "B" denote 1 bedroom units, while unit letters of "A", "C" and "D" are 2 bedroom units. Most units do not offer a washer/dyer, however there are laundry facilities on-site.  The office is located near the entrance and all units are professionally managed on-site.
