Sanibel Arms West offers two bedroom/two bathroom beach side condominiums. On-site amenities include: heated pool (screened), tennis court, basketball hoop, wireless internet, gas bbq grills, shuffleboard, boat dockage and beach chairs.
Sanibel Arms West consists of 13, 2 story buildings with units 1 through 4 on the ground level and units 5 through 8 located on the top floor (stairs only). Buildings C, D, E and F are direct beach front with buildings, B, G, K and L located just behind the beach front buildings and buildings A, H, I, J and M located around the pool or closer to East Gulf Drive. Many units include a washer/dryer, however there are laundry facilities on-site for those units that do not include a washer/dryer. The office is located across East Gulf Drive from the condo buildings, next to the tennis court. Every unit at Sanibel Arms West is professionally managed on-site.
