Sanibel Arms offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental condominiums with direct beach front, pool and courtyard views. On-site amenities at Sanibel Arms include a heated pool, wireless internet and boat docks. Sanibel Arms consists of 8, 2 story buildings with a total of 64 units. Unit letter denotes building with units numbered 1 through 4 located on the ground level and units numbered 5 through 8 located on the second level (no elevator). Buildings A, B & C are located on the canal side of East Gulf Drive. Buildings D, E & H are located on the beach side while buildings F & G are located direct beach front. The end units in every building with the exception of building B are two bedroom units that have a screened porch. The interior units in every building with the exception of building B are one bedroom units and do not feature a porch. Building B features all one bedroom units with the end units having a screened porch. All Sanibel Arms vacation rental condominiums are privately owned with available rental units professionally managed. Most units are managed by the office that is located on-site next to the club house and pool area just past the H building on the left as you enter the property.
