Sanibel Moorings offers one bedroom/one bathroom, two bedroom/two bathroom and three bedroom/two bathroom, courtyard view, canal view and beach front condominiums. On-site amenities include: 2 heated pools (canal side and beach side), kiddie pool (beach side only), tennis court, wireless internet, botanical gardens, fitness room, boat docks and gas bbq grills. Certain units are pet friendly, up to 75 lbs with a daily $15 pet fee.
Sanibel Moorings consists of 16, 2 story buildings with buildings 1, 5, 7 and 11 located beach front, buildings, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 10 are located on the beach side behind the beach front buildings and buildings 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 are located across East Gulf Drive on the canal side. Unit numbers ending in "1" are ground floor, while unit number ending in "2" are located on the second floor (no elevator). Most units do not offer a washer/dyer, however there are laundry facilities on-site. The office is located near the beach side pool and all units are professionally managed on-site.
