Sanibel Siesta offers 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental condominiums with direct beach front, angled beach, pool and courtyard views. On-site amenities at Sanibel Siesta include a heated pool, tennis court, laundry facilities, gas bbq grills and elevator serviced buildings. Sanibel Siesta consists of 6, 3 story buildings and 2, 4 story buildings with a total of 62 units. The first number in the unit number denotes the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are located towards the rear of the complex near the tennis courts. Buildings 1 and 2 have 4 levels from ground (Units ending in 01 through 03), 2nd level (Units ending in 04 through 06), 3rd level (Units ending in 07 through 09) and 4th or top level (Units ending in 10 through 12). Buildings 3, 4 and 6 are three story buildings with the ground level being garage and storage space. The 1st level is up one level from the ground and has units ending in 01 through 04 with units ending in 05 through 08 being on the 2nd or top level. Building 5 is a three story building and closest to the beach (along with building 6). The 1st level is up one level from the ground and has units ending in 01 through 03 with units ending in 04 through 06 on the 2nd or top level. The ground level contains garage and storage space. Buildings 7 and 8 are located on the side of the property opposite buildings 3, 4 and 5 and are 3 story buildings with the ground level containing garage and storage space. Units ending in 01 and 02 are on the 1st level while units ending in 03 and 04 are on the 2nd or top level. Elevators are in between buildings 1 and 2 as well as in between buildings 6 and 7 and 4 and 5. All Sanibel Siesta vacation rental condominiums are privately owned with available rental units professionally managed with on-island rental management companies or the on-site office located behind the pool area and straight ahead from the main entrance.
