Shell Island Beach Club offers 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental condominiums with direct beach front and angled beach views. On-site amenities at Shell Island Beach Club include a heated pool, hot tub, shuffleboard and tennis court. Shell Island Beach Club consists of 12, 2 story buildings for a total of 48 units. Only buildings 5, 6, and 7 are privately owned and rented through vacation rental companies. Buildings 1 through 4 and 8 through 12 are timeshare rentals. Units A and B are located on the 1st level (buildings are stilted up one level with no elevator access) while units C and D are located on the 2nd or top level. Parking is located under the buildings. The tennis court is located behind the timeshare office as you enter Shell Island Beach Club. Buildings 5 through 7 are located straight ahead as you enter the complex. The pool and hot tub area is located to the left of the entrance in between buildings 6 through 12. Buildings 5, 6 and 7 are privately owned and professionally managed by on-island vacation rental companies. Buildings 1 through 4 and 8 through 12 are timeshare rentals.
