In buildings B through E, units ending in 1 and 2 are 1st floor, units ending in 3 and 4 are 2nd floor and units ending in 5 and 6 are located on the 3rd or top floor. Please note that there are no elevators at Spanish Cay. Deeded beach access is located across Middle Gulf Drive. All Spanish Cay vacation rental condominiums are privately owned with available rental units professionally managed.
