On-site amenities at Sundial Beach and Golf Resort include a 5 heated pools, 12 tennis courts, gas bbq grills, 2 restaurants (Beaches and Sharky's Billiards), pool bar (Crocodiles), fitness room, game room, children's aquarium and touch tank, beach rentals, shopping and elevator serviced buildings. Sundial Beach and Golf Resort consists of 20, 4 story buildings for a total of 407 units. The first letter in the unit number denotes the building. The first number in the unit number denotes the floor with buildings A through K offering ground floor units (buildings A through D offer ground floor units on the end units only) and buildings L through T beginning with 2nd floor units (ground floor consists of private owner storage or cabanas that may be available for guest use). The West side of the resort (buildings A through K) share a pool that is located between the A and E buildings while on the East side of the resort there are 3 pools with buildings. All Sundial Beach and Golf Resort vacation rental condominiums are privately owned with available rental units professionally managed.
The Sundial Beach and Golf Resort has rental units that are managed by the on-site staff at the resort and rented like a hotel. Reservation Central works directly with the on-site management as well as off-site privately managed units at the resort. Reservations that are made with resort managed units include full resort access and a resort card for a fee of $20 daily per room, however bookings are made by room type and not by exact room number. Reservations that are made with off-site, privately managed units include access to the 4 non resort pools (main pool with slide is not included), tennis (for a fee) and the beach. To gain access to resort amenities (main swimming pool , beach chairs, pool towels, pool bar, cabanas (separate fee), umbrellas (separate fee), tennis (pay to play), water sports, Explorer Kid's Club (ages 4 -12) pay per activities are available based on seasonality, access to the Dunes Championship Golf Course, there is a fee of $50 daily per adult (16 years and over) that may be paid at the resort front desk. Typically off-site, privately managed units offer discounts of up to 40% or more compared to the resort managed rental units.
