Sunset Captiva offers 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom bay front condominiums, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom stilted home style vacation rentals with direct bay front, courtyard and direct beach front views. On-site amenities at Sunset Captiva include a heated pool, tennis court, bbq grills, elevator serviced building (bayside) and boat dockage (for a fee). Sunset Captiva consists of 1, 3 story condo style building (bayside) and 59 stilted beach side homes for a total of 69 units. Units 1 through 59 are private stilted beach side homes with units 1 through 7 being beach front and the other homes offering pool or courtyard views. The pool, bbq grills and tennis courts are located near the boardwalk close to units 29 through 31. The bayside offers one condominium style building. Units 101 through 104 are located on the first level (first level is stilted off ground level), with units 201 through 204 being on the 2nd level and the top floor units being the largest floor plan and are units 301 and 302. All Sunset Captiva vacation rental homes and condominiums are privately owned with available rental units professionally managed.
